Whether you want to feel more confident in conversations, navigate social situations with more ease, or simply connect with others who “get it,” you’re in the right place.
Our virtual Good Evening Chat offers a warm, supportive environment where participants' goals guide each session. Together, we explore real-life communication challenges—like starting and maintaining conversations, reading social cues, managing group dynamics, and expressing thoughts clearly and confidently.
Building comfort and confidence in conversations
Practicing real-world communication strategies
Understanding and using social cues
Managing anxiety or uncertainty in social settings
Supporting each other through shared experiences
This group is designed for adults who want to improve their social communication skills in a respectful, low-pressure space. Whether your communication challenges are related to neurodivergence, brain injury, anxiety, or something else entirely, you are welcome here. You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from this group.
Sessions are held online using Zoom, so you can join from wherever you’re most comfortable. Our newest practicum student from McGill University, Ethan, will lead the group with support from Speech-Language Pathologist Stephanie Harvey. What makes it special is that the participants lead the way. We work collaboratively, prioritizing what’s meaningful to you and building from there.
Weekly 60-minute virtual sessions

You don’t have to figure it all out alone! Let’s learn, share, and grow together—one conversation at a time.
